Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the device in its original box including all cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
